Agenda & Minutes

The 1972 Local Government Act, Schedule 12, sections 7 and 8 state when Council meetings must be held. The Annual Meeting must take place in May. Council has to meet at least three other times a year (these meetings are known as Ordinary meetings and the dates are agreed in advance by Council).  Any meeting called outside those four meetings is known as an Extraordinary meeting.  Listed below are the

  • agenda and minutes of meetings of full council since 1st January 2016
  • minutes of meetings of full council from 1st January 2009 to 31st December 2015.
