9.2       VAT registration and opting to tax – to receive RFO’s report and recommended resolution for proposal by two councillors [enclosed].

9.3       To note an Environment Locality grant of £1,000 towards improving Newby Farm Road corner has been awarded via Borough Councillor Lynskey.
