9 CORRESPONDENCE

9.1 Over-height boundary fences – to note the Borough Council’s response to two requests for enforcement in respect of recently erected over-height fences [enclosed] and agree if formal approaches should be made (and to whom) in respect of attempting to reduce/prevent the problem.

9.2 Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.
