COMMENCING AT 9.30 A.M.
All councillors are hereby severally summoned and required to attend in order to transact the business on the agenda.

1.1 To receive and note apologies from councillors who are unable to attend the meeting.
1.2 To consider reasons for absence provided by councillors who cannot attend and resolve the council’s acceptance of these if felt relevant.

To receive any declarations of interest in items on this agenda.
3 CO-OPTION POLICY
To consider tweaks needed to policy as advised by YLCA (report to follow by email) & agree changes as appropriate.
4 EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To exclude the press and public on the grounds the next items relate to legal, personnel or contract matters.
5 CONFIDENTIAL ITEMS
To consider legal and staffing matters as notified to councillors by email prior to, or tabled at, the meeting and agree action as appropriate.
