2.1       To fill the remaining vacancy in Newby Ward which was unfilled at the election by reason of insufficient nominations.

4.1       To approve and sign the minutes of the Council Meeting held on 9th May 2019 (enclosed).

10        CORRESPONDENCE

10.1    Draft minutes of 2019 Parish Assembly [enclosed] – to confirm as an accurate record.

10.2    NYMNP Parish Member Elections [details of nominees enclosed] – to agree which nominee will receive Council’s vote & authorise Clerk to submit Council’s vote accordingly;

10.3    Newby Primary School Governor [Minute 70/19 refers]. To note the governors have extended Cllr.Langmead’s existing membership to include representing the Parish Council.

10.4    Resurfacing of Scalby Road – to note part-night closure (7pm to 2am) of Scalby Road between Lady Edith’s Drive and The Green starting 5th June and ending by 28th June;

10.5    Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.
