10.2 Discretionary Grants – to consider applications deferred from October 2018 meeting or received [enclosed] & agree action as appropriate;
10.3 Loan to Scalby Sports Association [Minute 126/18.2 refers] – 1] to note loan agreement being drawn up by Council’s legal adviser and contract intended start date is 1st March 2019; 2] to authorise Chairman and/or Clerk to transfer monies once all documentation signed & work has commenced.
