COMMENCING AT 7 P.M.

9.1       NYMNP Draft Local Plan Consultation  councillors on email notified 6/8/18] – to agree comments.

9.2       Request from parishioner for Parish Council to provide a grit salt bin at junction of Newby Farm Road and Hague Avenue – to agree action/expenditure as appropriate.

9.3       NYCC consultation on no waiting/limited waiting South Street, Tibby Butts, Hall Park Close & High Street Scalby [details/plans enclosed] – to agree comments.

9.4       Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.
