10.1 To approve the Schedule of Accounts Payable for July 2020 (Schedule 4).

10.2 Internal Auditor’s report for Schedules 10-12 and financial year end [enclosed] – to receive & note;

10.3 Casual Vacancies – to note there are two vacancies (1 in Newby Ward and 1 in Scalby Ward) – the first public notices will go up during July. If elections aren’t requested then the second notice (inviting applications) will go up during August with a view to filling the vacancies at the Council meeting on 9th September.
