10.1 To approve the Schedule of Accounts Payable for December 2019 (Schedule 9).
10.2 To formally accept two grants, each of £3,000.00, from the Environment Locality budgets of County Councillors Backhouse and Bastiman towards the provision of a Parish Caretaker for Newby & Scalby Parish and authorise two councillors to sign the respective acceptance forms.
10.3 To receive Clerk’s request to bring the date of the June 2020 meeting forward a week (to the 3rd) due to staff holidays & agree action as appropriate.
