All councillors are hereby severally summoned and required to attend in order to transact the business on the agenda.

1 NON-ATTENDANCE OF COUNCILLORS
1.1 To receive and note apologies from councillors who are unable to attend the meeting.
1.2 To consider reasons for absence provided by councillors who cannot attend and resolve the council’s acceptance of these if felt relevant.
2 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
To receive any declarations of interest in items on this agenda.
3 MINUTES
3.1 To approve and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the Ordinary Meeting of Council held on 12th February 2025 (enclosed).
4 VACANCY [Minute 8/25.3 refers]
4.1 To note an election has been requested to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of R. Kendall.
4.2 To agree if poll cards are to be provided for the election to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of R. Kendall. (Clerk’s note – cost details from October 2024 enclosed – there is no reason to believe these costs will have altered in the intervening months).
