6          VACANCIES UNFILLED AT THE ELECTION BY REASON OF INSUFFICIENT NOMINATIONS

1] to note the four Ordinary Vacancies had now expired as they had not been filled within the requisite timeframe; 2] to declare there are 4 Casual Vacancies in the Newby Ward and the relevant notices should be posted.

9.1       National Park Parish Member Elections (Coastal area) – to note that at the vote count held at Helmsley on 14/6/22 Bob Marley received the majority vote (the appointment being subject to confirmation by the Secretary of State).

9.2       Letter from NYMNP re NYM/2022/0355 and reply by Clerk [both enclosed] – to note and agree action as appropriate.

9.3       Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.
