8.1 To receive an update on the vacancy in Newby Ward and if appropriate declare a casual vacancy.
8.2 To note letter received from developers re. views on upgrading telecoms mast near The Rosette to one capable of giving 5G coverage – to agree action as appropriate.
8.3 To note two new sites have been submitted for inclusion on the Local Plan list of potential development sites (details emailed to councillors 22/10/21) – to agree comments.
8.4 Northstead School (tabled by Cllr. Barnes) – to note the school is inviting applications from people interested in becoming a governor and agree action.
8.5 Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.
FINANCE & GENERAL PURPOSES ISSUES
9 FINANCE, REGULATORY & GENERAL MATTERS

9.1 To approve the Schedule of Accounts Payable for November 2021 (Schedule 8).
9.2 To note 1][ the Community Engagement contract with T. Boden comes to an end on 3/12/21, 2] it is understood she is happy to work with Council in the future on an ad hoc basis; 3] to agree action as appropriate.
9.3 Christmas Lights Competition 2021 – to agree who is to judge which areas. (Judging to be done between 18th and 28th December.
