All councillors are hereby severally summoned and required to attend in order to transact the business on the agenda.

1.1 To receive and note apologies from councillors who are unable to attend the meeting.
1.2 To consider reasons for absence provided by councillors who cannot attend and resolve the council’s acceptance of these if felt relevant.
2 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
To receive any declarations of interest in items on this agenda.
3 MINUTES
3.1 To approve and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting of Council held on 5th June 2024 (enclosed).

5 EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider a motion – That, under the provisions of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 §1(2), the press and public be excluded from the meeting on the grounds the next items relate to legal, personnel or contract matters.
6 CONFIDENTIAL ITEMS
6.1 To receive a confidential report (to be tabled at the meeting) giving an update on a legal matter [Minute 108/24 refers] & agree action.
6.2 To receive a verbal update on a staffing matter (if details are to hand in time) and agree action.
