9.1       Barclays Bank (Cllr. Black) – to note Scalby branch will close on 4th November 2016 & agree action as appropriate.

9.2       Request for change to part night lighting in Newby Farm Close (Cllr. Bastiman) – to receive Cllr. Bastiman’s verbal report & agree action as appropriate.

9.3       Letter of thanks from Mr B. Watson – to receive & note.

9.4       Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.

10.1    To approve the Schedules of Accounts paid for August 2016 (Sch. 5) and payable for September 2016 (Sch. 6).

10.2    Trusteeship of JJ Burchell Bequest as it relates to Carr Lane Playing Field – to receive Clerk’s report [enclosed] and agree action.

10.3    2015/16 external audit – to note an unqualified opinion has been received and the Conclusion Of Audit notice posted.

10.4    To receive & note the Internal Auditor’s Report [enclosed] for April-June 2016.
