3.2       To approve and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the extra Ordinary meeting of Council held on 16th March 2022 (enclosed] and the minutes of the extra Ordinary Meeting held on 16th March 2022 (enclosed).

8.1       National Park Parish Member Elections – to agree if anyone wishes to be nominated to represent the Coast area. . (Note this item is subject to election results and may need to be deferred to Council’s May meeting).

8.2       To receive letter of resignation from Cllr. Harriott.

8.3       Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.

9.1       To approve the Schedule of Accounts Payable for April 2022 (Schedule 1).

9.2       Rent review by Duchy of Lancaster in respect of Hackness Road allotments – to receive letter [attached] and accept revised rent of £930+VAT from 25/3/22

9.3       To receive a report [enclosed] on the review of the effectiveness of internal controls and if thought fit, approve its recommendations.

9.4       To re-appoint Mr R Carey as the Internal auditor for financial year 2022/23

9.5       To receive report [enclosed] re. changing Council’s name & consider the motion proposed.

  3. 22/00229/HS Erect front porch, 10 Southlands Grove, Newby. Granted with conditions.
