9.1       [Deferred from October meeting] Request from parishioner for Parish Council to provide a grit salt bin at junction of Newby Farm Road and Hague Avenue – to agree action/expenditure as appropriate.

9.2       Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.

FINANCE & GENERAL PURPOSES ISSUES

10        FINANCIAL & GENERAL MATTERS (To be tabled at the meeting unless otherwise indicated)

10.1    To approve the Schedule of Accounts payable for November 2017 (Sch. 8).

10.2    To note the Model Agreement sum offered by SBC for 2019/20 has been increased by about 2.2% and accept the £5,223.96 offered;

10.3    Transfer of various direct debits from Nat West to Unity Trust – to agree & authorise Clerk to sign instruction forms.

10.4    To receive & note the internal auditor’s report for July-September [enclosed].
