9.3       NYCC Coast & Moors Area Committee – Confirmation of Parish & Town Council Co-opted members – letter [enclosed] to receive & note.

9.4       NYMNP – request to receive planning application consultations electronically – letter [enclosed] to receive & note.

9.5       Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.

FINANCE & GENERAL PURPOSES ISSUES

10.1    To approve the Schedule of Accounts payable for Dec. 2017 (Sch. 9).

10.2    To note the Model Agreement sum offered by SBC for 2018/19 has been increased by about 2.75% and accept the £5,111.52 offered;

10.3    To receive Clerk’s request to bring the date of the June 2018 meeting forward a week (to the 6th) due to staff holidays & agree action as appropriate.
