8.2       SBC community-led housing consultation with town and parish councils [survey emailed to councillors 23/9/2020 with request to complete and send to Clerk by 13/9/2020]. To receive Clerk’s verbal report on councillor’s responses and agree action as appropriate.

8.3       SBC Local Plan Review [details emailed to councillors 23/9/2020]. To agree comments to be submitted/action to be taken.

8.4       Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.

9.2       PWLB loan application to create premises for office and community hub [Minute 90/20.2 refers] – to note a letter of borrowing approval has been received which is valid until 10th September 2021;

9.3       Premises – to note that in the light of agenda item 9.2 above and Minute 79/20.4.4 the Clerk/RFO and Chairman are proceeding with the purchase of the identified premises (subject to survey etc)
