COMMENCING AT 7 P.M.

 ALL COUNCILLORS ARE HEREBY SEVERALLY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED TO ATTEND IN ORDER TO TRANSACT THE BUSINESS ON THE AGENDA.

8.1       To receive update [enclosed] from Clerk on highway, footpath and other matters since last meeting.

9.1       Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.

10.1    To approve the Schedule of Accounts payable for December 2018 (Sch. 9).

10.2    Precept for 2019/20 – to receive the RFO’s report [enclosed] and agree action as appropriate.

10.3    Phone and broadband costs – to note costs can be reduced by £500 over the next two years & authorise Clerk to change provider accordingly.

10.4    To receive Clerk’s request to bring the date of the June 2019 meeting forward a week (to the 5th) due to staff holidays & agree action as appropriate.
