All councillors are hereby severally summoned and required to attend in order to transact the business on the agenda.

1 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
1.1 To receive apologies for absence and record these in the minutes.
1.2 to consider the approval of reasons for absence given by councillor.
2 EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC
To resolve to exclude members of the public and press under the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 due to the nature of the business to be transacted at item 3.
3 CONFIDENTIAL BUSINESS
3.1 To discuss and agree expenditure for costs for external consultants
3.2 To discuss and agree on a working arrangement to ensure the wellbeing of staff during the period of investigation.
