All councillors are hereby severally summoned and required to attend in order to transact the business on the agenda.
AGENDA
1 NON-ATTENDANCE OF COUNCILLORS
1.1 To receive and note apologies from councillors who are unable to attend the meeting.
1.2 To consider reasons for absence provided by councillors who cannot attend and resolve the council’s acceptance of these if felt relevant.
2 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
To receive any declarations of interest in items on this agenda.
3 MINUTES
3.1 To approve and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the Ordinary Meeting of Council held on 11th February 2026 (enclosed).
4 CORRESPONDENCE
4.1 To note that objections lodged by two persons against the 2024/25 AGAR are the subject of ongoing investigations by the external auditor PKF Littlejohn.
5 FINANCE, REGULATORY & GENERAL MATTERS

5.1 To receive the enclosed Review & Staffing Committee report (confidential appendix to be tabled at meeting) in respect of Staffing and resolve to adopt all recommendations.
5.2 To authorise the Schedule of Accounts Payable for April 2026 (Sch 1, £17,309-22)
6 EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider a motion – That, under the provisions of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 §1(2), the press and public be excluded from the meeting on the grounds the next items relate to legal, personnel or contract matters.

7.1 External auditor PKF Littlejohn [Minute 75/25.2.1 refers] – to receive details of objections (enclosed), consider reports drafted as Council’s potential response to PKF and agree action as appropriate in respect of PKF’s questions about objections lodged by two persons against the 2024/25 AGAR.
