7 UPDATES ON VARIOUS MATTERS & COUNCILLOR’S REPORTS
7.1 To receive update from Clerk on any highway, footpath and other matters.
7.2 To receive reports from Councillors of any highway & footpath or other matters requiring attention.
8 CORRESPONDENCE
8.1 SBC Local Plan (Housing and Other Sites Submissions) [emailed to councillors 12/1/21 & 26/2/21] to receive & agree action/comments;
8.2 New NYMNP Management Plan [emailed to councillors 24/2/21] to receive & agree action;
8.3 To note 1] an email had been received 15/2/21 from a parishioner regarding illuminated signs on Newby Farm and 2] Clerk had responded she understood SBC Planning were already aware and the matter had been passed to a Planning Officer for investigation;
8.4 Email from resident [emailed to councillors 3/3/21] re. possible breach of planning at 27 Greylands Park Avenue to receive & agree action/comments;
8.5 Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.
FINANCE & GENERAL PURPOSES ISSUES
9 FINANCE, REGULATORY & GENERAL MATTERS

9.1 To approve the Schedule of Accounts Payable for March 2021 (Schedule 12).
9.2 Community engagement/telephone support worker [Minute 150/20.5 refers] – 1] to note an appointment has been made effective 1st March.
9.3 Corporate Credit/Debit Card – 1] to note a debit card is offered by Unity Trust and 2] to agree to join their Corporate Multipay scheme. This is to avoid the Clerk having to use her personal card for council purchases. Further verbal details will be provided at the meeting.
9.4 Maturing Bond at Skipton Building Society – to agree to 1] close the bond, 2] take the funds into the Unity Trust Bank, 3] authorise Cllr. Mrs Wiles and the Clerk to sign maturity instruction form.
