9.2 Electoral Review of Scarborough Borough Council by Local Government Boundary Commission [Minutes 107/17.1 & 168/17.1 refer] – to note the proposed changes to the ward boundary and the creation of a new parish ward have been rejected.
9.3 Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.
