COMMENCING AT 7 P.M.

ALL COUNCILLORS ARE HEREBY SEVERALLY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED TO ATTEND IN ORDER TO TRANSACT THE BUSINESS ON THE AGENDA.

9.1       To receive letter of thanks [enclosed] from St. Catherine’s Hospice.

9.2       Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.

FINANCE & GENERAL PURPOSES ISSUES

10        FINANCIAL & GENERAL MATTERS (To be tabled at the meeting unless otherwise indicated)

10.1    To approve the Schedule of Accounts payable for February 2017 (Sch. 11).

10.2    To receive & note the Internal Auditor’s Report [enclosed] for October-December 2016.

10.3    To authorise the Clerk (in consultation with the Chairman) to enter into agreements with various companies in order to ensure the Council meets its obligations from 1/4/2017 in respect of the building at Scalby Library.

10.4    Appointment of Internal Auditor for 2017/18 – to consider re-appointing Mr R. Carey & agree action as appropriate;

10.5    Christmas tree and lights at Newlands  – to receive update by Clerk and Chairman and agree action as appropriate
