All councillors are hereby severally summoned and required to attend in order to transact the business on the agenda.

1.1       To receive and note apologies from councillors who are unable to attend the meeting.

1.2       To consider reasons for absence provided by councillors who cannot attend and resolve the council’s acceptance of these if felt relevant.

To receive any declarations of interest in items on this agenda.

3.1       To approve and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting of Council held on 12^th July 2024 (enclosed).

 

4          CASUAL VACANCY

To receive written application [circulated to councillors only in accordance with Co-Option Policy] for the office of Town Councillor and to consider co-option to the one vacancy in Newby Ward.
