All councillors are hereby severally summoned and required to attend in order to transact the business on the agenda.

1 NON-ATTENDANCE OF COUNCILLORS
1.1 To receive and note apologies from councillors who are unable to attend the meeting.
1.2 To consider reasons for absence provided by councillors who cannot attend and resolve the council’s acceptance of these if felt relevant.
2 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
To receive any declarations of interest in items on this agenda.
3 EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the motion – That, under the provisions of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 §1(2), the press and public be excluded from the meeting on the grounds the next items relate to legal, personnel or contract matters.
