3.1 To approve and sign the minutes of the Council Meeting held on 11th November 2015 (enclosed).
PROCEDURAL MATTER To suspend Standing Orders so as to allow the Public Open Forum.

9.3 Minerals & Waste Joint Plan – preferred options consultation now open [full details & copy of plan in library] to agree action as appropriate.
9.4 Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.
