To consider the following motion:-
“that in accordance with Section 1 of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for next items of business on the grounds they involve the likely disclosure of information which relates to an individual or the financial or business affairs of a person (including the authority) or is likely to reveal the identity of an individual.”

To receive a verbal report from Cllr. Towse regarding Council’s reputation and risk management concerns in respect of the management of the Community Hall and agree action as appropriate.
