3 MINUTES
3.1 To approve and sign the minutes of the Council Meeting held on 10th June 2015 (enclosed).
PROCEDURAL MATTER To suspend Standing Orders so as to allow the Public Open Forum.
4 PUBLIC OPEN FORUM Matters which members of the public wish to raise.

8 COUNCILLOR’S REPORTS & CLERK’S UPDATES
8.1 To receive update [enclosed] from Clerk on highway & footpath and other matters since last meeting.
8.2 To receive reports from Councillors of any highway & footpath or general matters requiring attention [form enclosed].
8.3 To receive verbal update from Clerk on replacement of Christmas lights [Minute 101/15.4 refers] & agree action as appropriate..
9 CORRESPONDENCE
9.1 Yorkshire Coast & Moors County Area Committee – Vacancy for Co-opted Member – to note that following the elections on 7th May 2015 a vacancy has arisen for one of the three Parish Council representatives. Bearing in mind a member of this parish council is already one of the existing co-optees to the area committee, to consider the wisdom of this council nominating another councillor & agree action as appropriate.
9.2.1 To note that on 23/6/15 a group of residents had written individually to all councillors in respect of NYM/2015/0197/FL (Ryefield, Hackness Road), asking Council to give further consideration to that application at its meeting on 8th July.
9.2.2 To note that on 26/6/15 Clerk had contacted all councillors on email regarding amendments to NYM/2015/0197/FL and given advice regarding objecting to the amended application.
9.3 Parish member appointment to NYMNP – to note Mr L Atkinson received a majority of votes and his appointment has been confirmed by the Secretary of State.
9.4 Consultation by SBC on Strategic Housing Market [questionnaire enclosed]. Councillors are asked to complete questionnaire prior to meeting & bring it with them so as to facilitate speedy agreement of responses by Council.
9.5 Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.
