New content is being added to the website on a regular basis, and there are a variety of ways you can locate it. Most new items will appear in a news feed, but specific entries relating to meetings, committees, and other areas are also available filtered from the news on special pages. If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, try the search facility at the top or bottom of each page.

Meetings of the Council are held every month. Ordinary Meetings are usually on Wednesday evenings starting at 7:00pm in the main hall of the council office building at 445b Scalby Road.

The May Meeting is the Annual Council Meeting when the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Council are elected for the new Council Year.

All meetings are open to the public. Agenda and Minutes are published on this website and the noticeboard outside the office.

All members of the public are entitled to attend the meeting and are cordially invited by the Council to do so. There may be a Public Open Forum near the start of a Council meeting for people ask questions about items on the agenda.
