The Local Government Transparency Code (February 2015) applies to councils with a turnover in excess of £200,000 and requires publication of all expenditure over £500.
The Transparency Code For Smaller Authorities (December 2014) code applies to councils with a turnover not exceeding £25,000 and requires publication of all expenditure over £100.
Newby and Scalby Parish Council falls between the requirements of the two codes, so in the interests of transparency we publish details of payments over £300 excluding VAT 2016/17.
