8.2 Cllr. Bastiman to raise concerns regarding various highway problems on North Street – to receive & agree action as appropriate.
8.3 To receive reports from Councillors of any highway & footpath or general matters requiring attention [form at end of agenda pack].

9.1 Request by Newby resident for a seat to be installed in the shelter at the Cross Lane / Newlands Park Drive junction – to agree action as appropriate.
9.2 [Details circulated by email on 11/3/14] NYMNP planning training evening, Wed. 30/4/14 5.45 for 6pm – does anyone other than Cllrs. E & W Black wish to attend?

10.1 To approve the Schedule of Accounts to be paid for April 2014, Schedule 1.
10.2 To receive Discretionary Grant Application [enclosed] from Newby & Scalby In Bloom and agree action as appropriate.
10.3 Gift for future Pornic visits – 1] to consider proposal by Cllr. Foote that after this year no gifts be purchased until the 50 year anniversary, at which point there should be a substantial gift [Minute 42/14.4 refers] and 2] to receive feedback from Twinning Association via Cllrs. Thompson or Mrs Snow on that proposal.
10.4 Toilet Working Party [Minute 106/13.4 refers] – to receive its final report & recommendation [enclosed] and agree action as appropriate.
10.5 Review of allotment rents – to receive RFO’s report & recommendation [enclosed] and agree action as appropriate.
