9.2 To note the Issues and Options consultation on the county’s Minerals and Waste Joint Plan is now underway and runs till 11th April 2014. Brief details are held by the Clerk, full document is available online.
9.3 To note anonymous correspondence of a personal nature in respect of a councillor was received at this office on 28th February 2014 and to resolve it be destroyed and no other action be taken.

10.1 To approve the Schedule of Accounts to be paid for March 2014, Schedule 12.
10.2 Funding 2014/15 Best Kept Garden Competition – to consider sponsoring 2 additional categories (Medium Gardens and Container/Hanging baskets) at a cost of £50 each & agree action as appropriate.
10.3 Management of Council’s funds – to receive Responsible Financial Officer’s report & recommendations [enclosed] and agree action as appropriate.
10.4 Gift for 2014 Pornic visit – Cllr. Thompson to report on cost of engraved silver tray [Minute 26/14.2 refers] and agree action as appropriate.
