10.1 To approve the Schedule of Accounts to be paid for June 2013, Schedule 3.
10.2 To confirm signatories on NS&I account as Cllrs. Bastiman, Foote, Pickersgill, Thompson and Watson and complete declaration forms.
10.3 Community Asset Transfer of seats within parish – to note this remains at a standstill pending receipt of a legal agreement from Scarborough Borough Council.
11 GENERAL PURPOSE & REGULATORY MATTERS
11.1 Vacancies for co-opted members on Coast & Moors Area Committee [Minute 75/13.1 refers]. 1] To note Cllr. Watson has withdrawn his nomination as he has been appointed to the committee as the Borough Council’s representative 2] to vary the authorisation given to the Clerk & Chairman or Vice Chairman to submit votes for Cllr. Thompson and Watson as this council’s choice on the ballot paper due to be sent out on 25/7/13.
