10.1 To approve the Schedules of Accounts payable for August 2014 (Sch. 5) and September 2014 (Sch. 6).
10.2 To receive Clerk’s report [enclosed] regarding allotment rent charges from 1/10/14 & agree action as appropriate..
10.3 Financial support for Scalby Toilets – [deferred from July meeting] to consider letter of 12/6/14 from Chairman of Toilet Trust [circulated at July meeting] and agree action as appropriate..
11 GENERAL PURPOSE & REGULATORY MATTERS
11.1 Committees, Policies & Procedures – to receive Clerk’s report [enclosed] and agree action as appropriate.
11.2 Change of meeting date [Minute 106/14.4 refers] to note that 1] due to circumstances beyond Council’s control it has not been possible to carry out the resolved action and 2] with the consent of the Chairman and Vice Chairman the Rickinson Hall at St. Laurence’s Church Rooms has (where possible) been booked for Council meetings on the second Wednesday of the month.
11.3 Variation of Standing Orders – to consider Clerk’s verbal advice re. the need for permanent variation of Standing Orders 2 to 4 (so as to permit changes to meeting days and dates) and Standing Orders 63 to 67 (so as to accord with current legislation).
