1          APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE  To receive & approve apologies for absence (to hand from Cllrs. Bastiman and Pickersgill).

2          DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST  To receive any declarations of interest in items on this agenda (form enclosed)

3          MINUTES  To approve and sign as a correct record, the minutes of the Council Meeting held on 8th October 2014. (enclosed)

PROCEDURAL MATTER  To suspend Standing Orders so as to allow the Public Open Forum.

4          PUBLIC OPEN FORUM

1] Presentation by C. Lang of Home Housing on prospective development of 10 units of supported services living accommodation specifically for women and their children on land at the end of Danes Dyke

2] Matters which members of the public wish to raise.

PROCEDURAL MATTER  To resume Standing Orders.

5          MATTERS RAISED IN PUBLIC OPEN FORUM  To agree action as appropriate on matters raised in Public Open Forum.

6          POLICE  To receive Police report [enclosed] and give details of any new issues requiring attention.

9.1       NYCC consultation “Care and support where I live” [enclosed, emailed to councillors 17/10/14] – to receive and agree comments.

9.2       NYCC consultation on changes to North Yorkshire’s library services [enclosed, comments to be submitted by 31/1/15] – to receive and agree action.

9.3       Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deemed it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency:-

10.1    To approve the Schedule of Accounts to be paid for November 2014, Schedule 8.

10.2    To receive and note Internal auditor’s report for quarter 2 of 2014/15 account year [enclosed].

10.3    Model Agreement 2015/16 – to accept the sum offered of £4,923-05.

11        CO-OPTION OF TO CASUAL VACANCY (NEWBY WARD)
