3.1       To approve and sign the minutes of the Council Meeting held on 9th December 2015 (enclosed).

PROCEDURAL MATTER  To suspend Standing Orders so as to allow the Prizegiving and Public Open Forum.

4          CHRISTMAS LIGHTS COMPETITION PRIZEGIVING and PUBLIC OPEN FORUM

PROCEDURAL MATTER  To resume Standing Orders.

9.1       [Deferred from December meeting] Minerals & Waste Joint Plan – preferred options consultation now open [full details & copy of plan in library] to agree action as appropriate.

9.2       Freedom of Information request regarding the provision of leisure or culture facilities – to note this had been received and responded to on 15/12/2015.

9.3       Newby Post Office (Proudfoot’s) – to receive & note letter [enclosed] regarding closure between 14/1/16 and 25/1/16 for refurbishment.

9.4       Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.
