3.1 To approve and sign the minutes of the Council Meeting held on 14th October 2015 (enclosed).
3.2 To receive and sign the minutes of the Staffing & Review Committee held on 28th October 2015 (enclosed).
PROCEDURAL MATTER To suspend Standing Orders so as to allow the Public Open Forum.

8.3 2016 Twinning Civic Reception [Minute 150/15.6 refers] – to receive Clerk’s report [enclosed] and agree action as appropriate.
9 CORRESPONDENCE
9.1 Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebrations, June 2016 – to receive copy of letter to Lord Lieutenant of North Yorkshire and advice from Borough Council [both enclosed] and agree action as appropriate.
9.2 Gallows Close Community Shine Awards – to receive a request for sponsorship [details enclosed] and agree action as appropriate.
9.3 Variation of Premises Licence at The Plough – 1] to receive parishioner’s letter of objection [enclosed]; 2] (in accordance with Standing Order 51) to note that following consultation with the Chairman & other councillors, a letter of objection was submitted by the Clerk on behalf of Council [enclosed]; and 3] to note the application has now been withdrawn.
9.4 Road Liaison Committee – to receive letter [enclosed] regarding dissolution & agree action as appropriate.

10.4 Pension auto-enrolment – to receive the recommendations of the Staffing & Review Committee [enclosed] & agree action as appropriate;
10.5 To receive & note Internal Auditor’s report [enclosed].
10.6 Request for 10 year extension of lease of Carr Lane Playing Fields – 1] (in accordance with Standing Order 51) to note that following consultation with the Chairman, a 10 year extension has been offered on behalf of Council [enclosed]; and 2] to formally confirm the offer.
