Re-arranged from 12/11/25 due to staff illness

 

All councillors are hereby severally summoned and required to attend in order to transact the business on the agenda.

3.1       To approve and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the Annual Meeting of Council held on 21^st May 2025 (enclosed).

3.2       To approve and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the Ordinary Meeting of Council held on 17^th September 2025 (enclosed).

3.3       To approve and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting of Council held on 13^th October 2025 (enclosed).

3.4       For information only – to note the minutes of the Finance & General Purposes Committee meeting of 6^th October 2025 (enclosed).

3.5       For information only – to note the minutes of the Planning Committee meetings of 11^th September 2025, 6^th October 2025 and 28^th October (enclosed).

3.6       For information only – to note the minutes of the Review & Staffing Committee meetings of 10^th September 2025, 26^th September 2025 and 31^st October 2025 (enclosed).

 

4          PUBLIC PARTICIPATION  (not to exceed 15 minutes)

Matters raised must relate to an item on this meeting’s agenda.

 

5          MATTERS RAISED IN PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

5.1       To agree action as appropriate on matters raised in Public Participation.

 

6          FINANCE & REGULATORY MATTERS

6.1       2026/27 Budget – To receive & note report (enclosed) by Chairman of Finance and General Purposes Committee and agree the action to be taken on the recommendation therein.

6.2       2026/27 Precept – To receive & note report (enclosed) by Chairman of Finance and General Purposes Committee and agree the action to be taken on the recommendation therein.

6.3       February Council meeting – to note the room is not available on the evening of 11^th February and to agree whether to move the meeting forward to 9.30am on 11^th February or 7pm on Tuesday 10^th February.
