9.1       From SBC Planning – to agree comments on site (land to east of Red Scar Lane, details enclosed) submitted for housing allocation in Local Plan.

9.2       Community Governance Review  – to receive enclosed report & agree action as appropriate.

9.3       Proposed woodland creation Scalby Nabs [details enclosed] – to agree action as appropriate.

9.4       Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.

10        FINANCE, REGULATORY & GENERAL MATTERS

10.1     Accounts paid under amended scheme of delegation [Minute 111/21.5 refers] – to note the following have been paid following online authorisation by Cllrs. Sutton and Towse:- Schedule 5 on 11/8/22 (£5,950.89).

10.2     To approve the Schedule of Accounts Payable for September 2022 (Schedule 6).

10.3     External Audit 2021/22 accounts – to note an unqualified opinion has been received, to note all necessary notices have been displayed and to agree the Conclusion of Audit Notice be displayed until 31st October.

10.4     Christmas lights – in view of increased energy costs and inflation, to consider & agree action as appropriate on 1] should a tree and lights be erected at the shops on Newlands (cost last year £784) and 2] should a Christmas Lights Competition be held this year?
