3          MINUTES  To approve and sign as a correct record, the minutes of the Council Meeting held on 13th February 2013. (enclosed)

PROCEDURAL MATTER  To suspend Standing Orders so as to allow the Public Open Forum.

4          PUBLIC OPEN FORUM  Matters which members of the public wish to raise.

9.1       From Jill Low (SBC Planning Manager) dated 8th February 2013 [enclosed]  regarding introduction of electronic planning on 1st March 2013 – to receive & agree action as appropriate.

9.2       Police & Crime Plan consultation Questionnaire [enclosed]  to receive & agree action as appropriate.

9.3       To receive any correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency & agree action as appropriate.

FINANCE & GENERAL PURPOSES ISSUES

10        FINANCIAL MATTERS (To be tabled at the meeting unless otherwise indicated)

10.1    Community Asset Transfer of seats – to receive verbal update from Clerk

10.2    Request via Cllr. Thompson for the gift allowance for the Twinning to be increased to £150 max. (been set at £100 for at least 10 years).

10.3    To approve the Schedule of Accounts to be paid for March 2013, Schedule 12.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND DEVELOPMENT ISSUES

11        TREES ON PARISH COUNCIL LAND

11.1    For risk management purposes a survey of trees on Parish Council land needs to be carried out by a suitably qualified and insured consultant – to note and authorise the Clerk to take action as appropriate.

12        ALLOTMENT COMMITTEE CONSTITUTION

12.1    To consider proposed changes to FONSA constitution [enclosed] and agree action as appropriate.
