PROCEDURAL MATTER To suspend Standing Orders so as to allow the Public Open Forum.

9.1 Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency [to be tabled at meeting].
FINANCE & GENERAL PURPOSES ISSUES
10 FINANCIAL MATTERS (To be tabled at the meeting unless otherwise indicated)
10.1 To approve the Schedule of Accounts to be paid for December 2013, Schedule 9.
10.2 Funding 2014/15 – to receive Clerk’s report [enclosed] & agree recommendation to set a precept of £37,912 and accept the LSCT grant of £3,340.
10.3 Christmas lights on St. Laurence’s Schoolroom – to receive Clerk’s verbal report on need to agree suggested apportionment of costs (maintenance to Parish Council, running costs to St. Laurence’s) & agree action as appropriate.
11 GENERAL PURPOSE & REGULATORY MATTERS
11.1 Document Retention Protection Policy – with immediate effect, to add to the bottom of the document as a new paragraph “ While not a document in the strict sense, for management purposes recordings of meetings are only retained until the minutes of that meeting have been approved.”
11.2 Electronic Devices Policy [DRAFT enclosed] – to receive, note and agree action as appropriate.
11.3 To note that since the November council meeting, 4 new freedom of information requests and a personal request to the Clerk for information have been received. All have been or are being dealt with. Each required discussions with the chairman and taking advice from the appropriate organisations as well as checking legislation and taking the necessary steps to deal with the requests, thereby using at least 9 hours of Clerk’s time.
