PROCEDURAL MATTER To suspend Standing Orders so as to allow the next items.

FINANCE & GENERAL PURPOSES ISSUES
10 FINANCIAL MATTERS (To be tabled at the meeting unless otherwise indicated)
10.1 To agree to accept the Local Support for Council Tax (LSCT) grant from Scarborough Borough Council for 2014/15 and subsequent years.
10.2 To approve the Schedule of Accounts to be paid for July 2013, Schedule 4.
10.3 Millennium Field – to consider taking over this field by Community Asset Transfer (Cllr. Kendall).
10.4 Scalby Toilet Trust – to note the Chairman of the Trust has made an initial enquiry as to whether this council would consider taking over the management of the toilets within the next two years, and to agree in principle if this could be acceptable.
11 GENERAL PURPOSE & REGULATORY MATTERS
11.1 Deferred from June meeting – Vacancies for co-opted members on Coast & Moors Area Committee [Minute 92/13.3 refers] – to vary the authorisation given to the Clerk & Chairman or Vice Chairman to submit votes for Cllr. Thompson and Watson as this council’s choice on the ballot paper due to be sent out on 25/7/13.
