PROCEDURAL MATTER Councillor Towse in his capacity as retiring Chairman to chair the meeting until the incoming Chairman has completed their Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
1 ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN
1.1 In accordance with Standing Order 12(A) to receive nominations for Chairman of Council for the Year 2015 to 2016.
1.2 To consider all valid nominations received and to elect a Chairman of the Council for the Year 2015 to 2016.
2 CHAIRMAN’S DECLARATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICE
In accordance with Section 83(a) of the Local Government Act 1972 to receive the elected Chairman’s properly executed Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
PROCEDURAL MATTER – The incoming Chairman to occupy the chair.

4 ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRMAN
4.1 In accordance with Standing Order 12(E) to receive nominations for Vice Chairman of Council for the Year 2015 to 2016.

12.1 Display of twinning gifts in Community Hall [Minute 39/15.1 refers]. To note the Trustees have declined the request.
12.2 Southbound vehicle activated speed sign outside Community Hall [Minute 63/15.1 refers] – to receive verbal update by clerk and agree action as appropriate.
12.3 To receive update [enclosed] from Clerk on highway & footpath or general matters since last meeting.
12.4 To receive reports from Councillors of any highway & footpath or general matters requiring attention [form enclosed].
13 VACANCIES FOR COUNCILLORS
13.1 To note that following the uncontested election on 7th May, there are two ordinary vacancies to be filled by 26th June and to agree action as appropriate.

14.1 Appointment of Parish Member to NYMNP – to receive requests for nomination & agree action as appropriate.
FINANCE & GENERAL PURPOSES ISSUES
15 F&GP MATTERS (To be tabled at the meeting unless otherwise indicated)
15.1 To approve the Schedule of Accounts to be paid for May 2015, Schedule 2.
15.2 2014/15 accounts [enclosed] – to receive & authorise chairman to sign;
15.3 Internal Auditor’s report [enclosed] – to receive & note;
15.4 2014/15 Annual Return [enclosed] – to confirm figures at Section 1 & authorise Chairman to sign; to note Internal Auditor’s unqualified report (Section 4); to confirm governance statement (Section 2) & authorise Chairman to sign.
15.5 Appointment of Internal Auditor for 2015/16 – to consider re-appointing Mr R. Carey & agree action as appropriate;
15.6 To note the JJ Burchell Bequest funds have now been reinvested in 8% Treasury Stock 2021.
15.7 To agree if anyone is to represent the Parish Council at this year’s visit to Pornic on 18th to 23rd June and if so what contribution Council will make towards the cost.
15.8 Christmas lights (Church Rooms & Stony Lane corner) – to consider replacing the existing lights at either or both of these locations and agree action as appropriate.
15.9 Land to rear of Danes Dyke(currently used by the public as open space) – to consider submitting to SBC an expression of interest for Community Asset Transfer and agree action as appropriate.
15.10 As Cllr. W. Black is no longer a member of this council, to agree who is to replace him as a signatory on some of the Council’s investment bonds.
15.11 Equality & Diversity policy [enclosed] – to receive & adopt.
