3 MINUTES
3.1 To approve and sign the minutes of the Council Meeting held on 10th February 2016 (enclosed).
3.2 To receive and sign the minutes of the Review & Staffing Committee held on 25th February 2016 (enclosed).
PROCEDURAL MATTER To suspend Standing Orders so as to allow the presentation and Public Open Forum.
4.1 Short presentation by Scalby Community Library Management group.

9 CORRESPONDENCE
9.1 To note the Roads Liaison Committee has now been dissolved and the £10 annual subscription fee refunded.
9.2 To note exchange of correspondence [enclosed] between a resident of the High Mill estate and the Clerk regarding the poor bus service & lack of shops.
9.3 Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.
FINANCE & GENERAL PURPOSES ISSUES
10 FINANCIAL MATTERS (To be tabled at the meeting unless otherwise indicated)
10.1 To approve the Schedule of Accounts payable for March 2016 (Sch. 12).
10.2 To note the rent for the allotments is due for review on 25/3/16 and the landlord intends to increase the rent from £815/year to £840. Does Council agree to the new rent?
10.3 Lease of Carr Lane Playing Field – to receive Clerk’s report [enclosed] & agree action as appropriate.
10.4 £300/year contribution to raised bed planting at Newby & Scalby Community Hall [Minute 105/11.2 refers] – to agree if it remains appropriate to fund these beds for financial year 2016/17 onwards.
10.5 Annual review of policies, financial regulations and contracts etc. – to receive a report [enclosed] on the recommendations of the Review & Staffing Committee meeting of 25th February 2016 & agree action as appropriate.
