3 MINUTES To approve and sign as a correct record, the minutes of the Council Meeting held on 10th July 2013. (enclosed)
PROCEDURAL MATTER To suspend Standing Orders so as to allow the next items.

9.1 Proposed reductions to bus service subsidy – to receive proposals as they affect this parish [enclosed] and agree action as appropriate.
9.2 Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.
FINANCE & GENERAL PURPOSES ISSUES
10 FINANCIAL MATTERS (To be tabled at the meeting unless otherwise indicated)
10.1 To approve the Schedule of Accounts paid for August 2013, Schedule 5 [enclosed]
10.2 To approve the Schedule of Accounts to be paid for September 2013, Schedule 6.
10.3 Field to rear of Linden Road/Moor Lane – to consider making a Community Asset Transfer application to take over this field (Cllr. Watson).
10.4 Insurance – to agree to enter a new 3 year agreement with current insurers from 1st October 2013 at a cost for the first year of £1,317-93 (a saving of £28-95 on current premium).
10.5 To receive & note External Auditor’s certificate & opinion [enclosed] on 2012/13 accounts.
10.6 To receive & note Internal Auditor’s report [enclosed] on Schedules 1-3.
10.7 To receive request for donation (dated 2/8/13) by Scarborough Citizen’s Advice Bureau and agree action as appropriate.
10.8 To note a national salary award for local council clerks for 2013/14 (backdated to 1st April 2013) has been agreed and to agree to apply the backdated award to the Clerk’s salary.
11 CO-OPTION OF PARISH COUNCILLOR
11.1 To consider the application received for co-option of a Parish Councillor to the casual vacancy created by Cllr. Ridley’s resignation in May 2011 [letter enclosed] and if approved to receive their declaration of acceptance of office by a date to be agreed. [Further information is given within the applicant’s CV which will be tabled at the meeting on pink paper due to it containing personal information].
