9.1       Electoral Review of Scarborough Borough Council by Local Government Boundary Commission [letter enclosed] – consultation (closes 4/9/17) on proposal to reduce number of councillors from 50 to 45, which means ward boundaries may need to change – to agree suggestions and comments.

9.2       Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.
