9.2       SBC Draft Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document (Sept 2017) [circulated to all members on email] – to receive and agree comments.

9.3       Correspondence received after preparation of the agenda which the Chairman of the meeting deems it necessary to consider as a matter of urgency.

10.1    To approve the Schedule of Accounts payable for Nov. 2017 (Sch. 8).

10.2    To note the internal auditor has agreed expenditure of £37-19 on petty cash schedule 6 [enclosed] (receipts for which were stolen in burglary) can be entered into accounts.

10.3    To receive & note the internal auditor’s report for July-September [enclosed].
